Job summary

Orkin Pest Control seeks a Commercial Account Manager / Sales Representative to grow our commercial client base and deliver industry-leading pest management solutions for businesses.

The role emphasizes prospecting, relationship-building, and tailored proposals, with paid training and advancement within a trusted national brand. A valid driver's license is required and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales, B2B sales, or account management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility decision-makers.
• Conduct inspections and identify pest management needs.
• Prepare and present customized service proposals and pricing.
• Close new business while meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Maintain regular contact with existing commercial customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Accurately maintain customer information and sales activity in CRM systems.
