Orkin is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to build a high-earning, executive-level sales career within a territory-based model. You will engage business owners and facilities managers, perform on-site inspections, and present tailored pest-management proposals.

The role blends autonomy with strong company support, offering a base salary plus commission and opportunities for significant earnings, including exclusive rewards for top performers.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• valid driver’s license and ability to drive to client sites.
• Strong communication & presentation skills for client meetings.
• Hunter mentality with ability to build and grow long-term relationships.

Aufgaben

• Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities within your territory.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B accounts.
• Conduct on-site inspections and consultations for commercial clients.
• Develop and present tailored pest management proposals.
• Utilize iPad-based CRM and sales tools to close deals.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless delivery and satisfaction.
• Work in environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and uphold safety standards in all activities.
