Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join a leading pest-control brand. This executive-level sales role offers autonomy, a base salary plus commission, and opportunities to build a substantial book of business with recurring revenue across diverse industries.

Responsibilities include identifying new commercial opportunities, inspecting sites, and presenting tailored pest management proposals while using iPad-based CRM tools to close deals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s a plus).
• Valid driver’s license and strong communication skills.
• Hunter’s mindset with ability to build long-term client relationships and pursue new business.
• Willingness to obtain necessary state licenses (training paid).

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities within your territory.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B accounts.
• Conduct on-site inspections and consultations for commercial clients.
• Develop and present tailored pest management proposals.
• Utilize technology (iPad CRM) to close deals.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Work in diverse environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions.
