Orkin LLC seeks a Commercial Account Manager in Gulfport, MS to drive B2B pest control within a defined territory. This executive-level sales role features a base salary plus uncapped commission and substantial earning potential, with first-year targets approaching six figures.

You'll meet with business owners and facility managers, conduct on-site inspections, present customized pest management proposals, and collaborate with service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required; willingness to obtain state licenses.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Hunters mindset with ability to manage and grow relationships.
• Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities within your territory.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B accounts.
• Conduct on-site inspections and consultations for commercial clients.
• Develop and present tailored pest management proposals.
• Utilize technology to close deals and track progress.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Work in various environments including rooftops and crawl spaces.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and prioritize safety.
