Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a Sales Agronomist II to manage existing customers and attract new ones within the defined territory. You will assist customers with product selection based on agronomic needs and help maintain profitable relationships.

The role requires 3+ years in sales or agribusiness, travel within the territory, and a degree in Agronomy or Agribusiness. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is expected.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of sales/agribusiness experience.
• Willingness to travel within territory.
• Knowledge of herbicides and fertilizers.
• Degree in Agronomy or Agribusiness.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage existing customers and attract new within the sales territory.
• Assist customers with proper product selection based on agronomic needs.
• Maintain and develop profitable customer relationships.
• Identify new key customers and support growth with the team.
• Assist with territory budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Coordinate annual business plans and marketing/sales plans.
• Be the primary contact for deliveries, forecasting, credit, and complaints.
