Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales or agronomy.

• Knowledge of herbicides and fertilizers (dry and liquid).
• Willingness to travel within the territory and to periodic meetings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing and attract new customers within the sales territory.
• Assist customers with proper product selection and use based on agronomic needs.
• Maintain and develop profitable customer relationships.
• Identify new key customers and support team to achieve sales goals.
• Assist with territory budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Follow credit policies and manage risks for the company.
• Coordinate an annual business plan to optimize growth and profitability for the territory.
• Implement marketing and sales plans and network with industry reps to expand opportunities.
• Be the primary contact regarding deliveries, forecasting, credit, complaints, and custom applications.
