Job summary

Wilbur-Ellis, a 100-year-old family-owned leader in agriculture, seeks a Sales Agronomist II to manage existing and new customers, help with product selection, and build profitable relationships across the sales territory.

You will travel within the territory, support budgeting and forecasting, and implement marketing plans while using Microsoft Office and CRM tools to analyze data and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales or agronomy
• Willingness to travel across the territory and attend sales meetings
• Knowledge of herbicides and fertilizers (dry and liquid)
• Developing working knowledge of local crops and market practices

Responsibilities

• Manage existing and attract new customers within the sales territory
• Assist customers with proper product selection based on agronomic needs
• Maintain and develop profitable customer relationships
• Identify new key customers and support sales goals and growth
• Assist with territory budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Coordinate annual business plans to drive growth
