Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a Sales Agronomist II to manage and grow our customer base within the sales territory. You’ll help customers select products based on agronomic needs and build strong, profitable relationships with growers.

The role requires traveling across the territory and coordinating plans with the sales team to hit growth targets. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in agronomy sales, knowledge of herbicides and fertilizers, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in agronomy sales or related field.
• Ability to travel throughout territory and to periodic sales meetings.
• Knowledge of herbicides and fertilizers (dry and liquid).
• Develop working knowledge of local crops and market practices.
