You will identify customer needs, deliver tailored LTL solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Required: bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years of B2B sales, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years B2B sales experience.
• Knowledge of LTL services and competitive landscape.
• Ability to travel overnight as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales efforts within a terminal operations locality.
• Promote and direct sales activities, ensuring alignment with district goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding customer supply chains.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Conduct sales presentations, develop proposals, and close deals. Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Office to manage sales activities.
• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned
