Job summary

FedEx Freight is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive new business development and account management within a defined territory. This is a remote position, but the candidate must reside within 50 miles of a FedEx Freight location in Henderson, CO.

You will focus on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored LTL solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Travel may be required to visit customers and attend meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years B2B sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of LTL services and competitive landscape.
• Strong initiative, organizational skills, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales efforts within a terminal operations locality.
• Promote and direct sales activities, ensuring alignment with district goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding customer supply chains.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Conduct sales presentations, develop proposals, and close deals. Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Office to manage sales activities.
• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned
