Job summary

FedEx Freight, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business, implement accounts, and maintain relationships within a defined geography. The role requires residing within 50 miles of a FedEx Freight location in Tucson, AZ, and a focus on LTL solutions.

You will conduct presentations, develop proposals, use CRM tools, and collaborate with operations to deliver outstanding service. A Bachelor's degree and 2 years of B2B sales experience are required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years B2B sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of LTL services and competitive landscape.
• Ability to travel overnight as required.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales efforts within a terminal operations locality.
• Promote and direct sales activities, ensuring alignment with district goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding customer supply chains.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Conduct sales presentations, develop proposals, and close deals.
• Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Office to manage sales activities.
• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned
