Job summary

FedEx Freight, Inc is seeking a remote-based Sales professional who will reside within 50 miles of FedEx Freight locations in Pasco, WA, Clarkstown, WA, Yakima, WA, or Hermiston, OR. You will drive new business development, manage accounts, and build customer relationships across a defined territory.

You will lead direct sales, deliver tailored LTL solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2 years B2B sales experience.
Knowledge of LTL services and competitive landscape.
Strong initiative, organizational skills, adaptability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Direct sales efforts within a terminal operations locality.
Promote and direct sales activities, ensuring alignment with district goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding customer supply chains.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
Conduct sales presentations, develop proposals, and close deals. Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Office to manage sales activities.
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
