Job summary

FedEx Freight is seeking a remote sales professional who must reside within 50 miles of a FedEx Freight location in Pasco, WA, Clarkstown, WA, Yakima, WA, or Hermiston, OR. You will drive new business development, manage accounts, and coordinate with internal teams to win and retain LTL customers.

The role emphasizes direct sales in a defined territory, CRM usage, proposals, and close of deals, with travel as needed and a focus on customer supply chains.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2 years B2B sales experience.
Knowledge of LTL services and competitive landscape.
Willingness to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

Direct sales efforts within a terminal operations locality.
Promote and direct sales activities, ensuring alignment with district goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding customer supply chains.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
Conduct sales presentations, develop proposals, and close deals; use CRM tools and Microsoft Office to manage activities.
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
