Job summary

FedEx Freight is seeking a driven sales professional to develop new business and implement accounts within a defined geographic territory. You will identify customer needs, tailor LTL solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities include direct sales within the locality, growing existing accounts, and using CRM tools to manage activities. The role requires travel and a strong focus on market knowledge and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years B2B sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of LTL services and competitive landscape.
• Ability to travel overnight as required.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales efforts within a terminal operations locality.
• Promote and direct sales activities, ensuring alignment with district goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding customer supply chains.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Conduct sales presentations, develop proposals, and close deals using CRM tools.
