Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Account Manager for the General Line in Toledo, OH, to drive sales of equipment and services within a defined territory. You will develop distributor and direct-end user relationships, present compressed air solutions, and manage orders while achieving revenue targets.

The role requires 4+ years in industrial sales, a High School diploma, and ideally a Bachelor’s degree. Travel regionally and partner with services to meet customer needs and elevate satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 4+ years’ experience in industrial sales.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, technology, business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by selling equipment, service contracts, and services to end users and partners within a defined territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and dealers; provide compressed air solutions.
• Manage orders and customer documentation; ensure accurate data in CRM; track pipeline and reporting.
• Collaborate with service team to address customer needs and problems.
• Travel regionally to sites and maintain safety guidelines.
