Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Account Manager for the General Line to drive equipment sales and service activity in a Northwest Ohio territory. You will quote, strategize, prospect, and develop relationships to achieve revenue targets and loyalty while supporting a major distributor and direct customers.

The role requires 4+ years in industrial sales, a strong background in mechanical/electrical solutions, and the ability to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 4+ years' experience in an industrial sales business setting.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by selling equipment, service contracts, and offerings to end users and partners within a defined geographic area.
• Develop dealer and customer relationships to expand IR presence and meet sales targets.
• Coordinate with services team to deliver solutions and resolve customer issues while ensuring accurate orders and documentation.
