Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is hiring a General Line Account Manager for a remote Northwest Indiana/Southwest Michigan territory. You will drive equipment sales and service activity, quote, strategize, prospect, and build relationships to hit revenue targets while supporting a major distributor and direct customers.

The role requires strong relationship skills, 2+ years of industrial sales experience, and willingness to travel regionally; Salesforce knowledge is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' industrial sales experience.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by selling equipment, service contracts, and offerings to end users and partners within a defined territory.
• Develop customer relationships and expand the distributor network to grow IR presence.
• Maintain CRM records, track orders, and manage the sales pipeline.
