Job summary

Amcor in the United States is seeking an Account Manager II to own a territory, drive growth, and strengthen trusted customer relationships. You will translate sales and marketing strategies into actionable plans, collaborating with internal teams to increase share of wallet and deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3+ years in technical, sales or general management within B2B packaging, willingness to travel up to 60%, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years relevant experience in technical, sales and general management.
• Experience in large-scale B2B environment.
• Ability to travel domestically 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory and drive growth while building trusted customer relationships.
• Deliver sales goals and profitable year-over-year growth for the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, marketing, operations) to turn strategies into action.
• Manage accounts receivable and coordinate with credit department as needed.
• Lead negotiations and protect Amcor’s interests while influencing decisions.
