Job summary

Applied Fluid Power is searching for an outside seller in McAllen, Texas, to elevate sales initiatives and build strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will partner with an inside sales team and utilize a consultative approach to meet customer needs in fluid power applications.

Responsibilities include territory development, achieving sales goals, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing customer complaints. Ideal candidates possess experience in industrial sales, are bilingual in Spanish and English, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ knowledge of fluid power components, systems, & applications and/or 1+ year industrial sales experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be bi-lingual (Spanish and English).

Responsibilities

• Build a territory and grow earnings by developing repeat relationships.
• Achieve sales and profit goals by developing existing customers and opening new business.
• Conduct sales and service activities to enhance customer performance.
