Qualifications

• Certified Fluid Power Specialist preferred.

• Ability to work independently and maintain a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Solicit business orders from current and prospective customers.
• Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests.
• Answer questions about products, prices, quality, durability, and terms.
• Meet with customers to demonstrate features and benefits.
• Prepare lists of prospective customers, call reports, and other required reports.
• Review sales records and market information to determine value or sales potential.
• Complete sales contracts or forms to record sales information.
• Instruct customers on use of products.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
• Prepare drawings, estimates, and bids to meet customer needs.
• Obtain credit information on prospective customers.
• Oversee delivery or installation of products.
• Achieve high understanding of products and learn new products.
