Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to represent our non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology across a defined US region. You will drive adoption, educate physicians, and build strong relationships with cardiologists and other referring providers from a home office with approx. 20–25% travel.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, meeting quota, and promoting the cCTA/FFRct pathway while leveraging Salesforce CRM and clinical acumen to support customer success.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience or 2-year degree with 7+ years related sales or clinical experience.
• Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field is preferred.
• Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radiopharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of a cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway within key Heartflow accounts.
• Develop and execute business development plans with account stakeholders.
• Educate customers on Heartflow’s value proposition through presentations and discussions with referring physicians.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support focused customers and execute program development plans.
