Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to represent our non-invasive cardiovascular technology across a defined US region. You will partner with cardiologists and primary care teams to drive adoption, educate customers, and expand Heartflow’s clinical pathway.

Expect 20-25% travel from a home office as you meet with referring physicians, administrators, and hospital stakeholders to expand cCTA/FFRct usage and improve patient access to Heartflow solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree with 5+ years in sales or clinical roles, or 2-year degree with 7+ years.
• Experience in medical devices, cardiology, or hospital settings is highly valued.
• Ability to translate clinical concepts for diverse customers is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Heartflow cCTA/FFRct pathway through strategic accounts.
• Develop and execute business plans with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deploy programs and resources.
• Build relationships with referring physicians and hospital staff.
• Meet/exceed quotas and grow case volume in assigned accounts.
