Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive adoption of its AI-driven, non-invasive cardiac diagnostics within a defined geographic region in the US. You will engage cardiologists, PCPs, and other clinicians, educate them on Heartflow’s cCTA/FFRct pathway, and expand Heartflow referrals while traveling 20–25% from a home office.

Role requires 4-year degree with 5+ years in sales or clinical settings or 2-year degree with 7+ years, plus experience with medical devices or cardiology

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience or 2-year degree with 7+ years related sales or clinical experience.
• Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field is preferred.
• Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radiopharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of Heartflow’s cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway within key accounts.
• Develop and execute business plans with account stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Educate clinicians on Heartflow’s value proposition and present to referring MDs.
• Meet or exceed quotas and drive cCTA growth and FFRct penetration in assigned accounts.
