Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to represent Heartflow's non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology across a geographic region. You will drive adoption by partnering with cardiologists, primary care physicians, and hospital staff, educating on the cCTA/FFRct pathway, and expanding Heartflow referrals.

Travel roughly 20–25% from a home office. The role requires a 4-year degree with 5+ years related sales or clinical experience (or 2-year degree with 7+ years).

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience or 2-year degree with 7+ years related sales or clinical experience.
• Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field is preferred.
• Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radiopharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software is highly desired.
• Experience with introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of the cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway.
• Develop business plans with key stakeholders to expand Heartflow usage.
• Educate and present Heartflow value to referring physicians.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support key accounts.
• Track performance against quota and regional targets.
