Job summary

HeartFlow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to represent our AI-driven cardiovascular diagnostics to clinicians within a defined geographic region. You will drive adoption of HeartFlow’s non-invasive pathways, educate referring physicians, and support high customer satisfaction while traveling 20–25% from a home office.

You will collaborate with HeartFlow teams to expand clinical programs, develop deployment plans, and promote value propositions across cardiology, primary care, and hospital

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills and track-record of sales achievement.
• Account development—experience building and supporting strong clinical programs.
• Clinical/technical proficiency—quick learner able to grasp new clinical/technical information.
• Develop relationships with key account stakeholders to drive Heartflow adoption.
• Cross-functional collaboration with field and HQ resources to support focused customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of a cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway within key accounts.
• Develop and execute business development plans with account stakeholders.
• Increase Heartflow usage by maintaining relationships with referring physicians and educating MDs.
• Meet or exceed quota and drive cCTA growth and FFRct penetration in assigned accounts.
