Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to represent its non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology across a defined geographic region. You will drive adoption, educate customers, and maintain relationships with cardiologists, PCPs, and other clinicians while traveling ~20-25% from a home office.

You will work with Heartflow’s internal teams to deploy programs, develop business plans, and grow cCTA/FFRct usage, with your performance measured by quota achievement and case growth.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience.
• Experience in medical devices or cardiology is highly desirable.
• Ability to explain medical technologies to clinicians clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of the cCTA/FFRct clinical pathway within strategic Heartflow accounts.
• Develop and execute business development plans with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support customers and programs.
• Maintain and expand relationships with referring physicians and clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed quota and demonstrate cCTA growth and FFRct penetration.
