Job summary

Heartflow in the United States seeks a Territory Account Manager to represent Heartflow within a defined geographic region, engaging cardiologists, PCPs, nurse practitioners and related clinicians to ensure successful adoption of Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostics.

You will build strategic account plans, collaborate across functions, and educate clinicians on the Heartflow value proposition while traveling ~20–25% from a home office to support growth of the cCTA/FFRct pathway.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience.
• 2-year degree with 7+ years related sales or clinical experience.
• Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field is preferred.
• Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, or medical software is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Heartflow’s cCTA/FFRct pathway within key accounts.
• Develop business plans with account stakeholders and coordinate with HQ resources.
• Educate physicians and healthcare teams about Heartflow’s value proposition.
• Meet quota and demonstrate growth in designated accounts.
