Job summary

Kings III Emergency Communications is hiring an Account Executive to cover the I-95 Corridor from Trenton, NJ south to Baltimore. You will build and manage a territory, educate prospects on emergency monitoring and compliant video solutions, and drive new business through in-person and remote outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling to property management companies is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; able to pass MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Educate and inform prospects on Kings III’s turnkey emergency monitoring and code-compliant video solutions.
• Forge new paths and achieve territory success with proactive prospecting; create at least 30 new opportunities per month.
• Engage 20–25 prospects weekly via direct prospecting, partner relationships, and networking events.
• Demonstrate strong prospecting using in-field visits and telephone outreach to self-generate leads.
• Allocate 50%+ of time to in-person prospecting through door knocking and events.
• Drive end-to-end sales: from initial contact to closing deals with a repeatable process.
• Continuously enhance skills and industry knowledge to stay ahead.
