Job summary

Pursuit is seeking an Account Executive to develop and grow business for emergency communication solutions. This field-based, outside sales role focuses on new business within a territory including Delaware, Eastern Maryland, and South Jersey up toward Philadelphia.

The ideal candidate is a true hunter who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing opportunities through face-to-face meetings and a structured sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Proven history of prospecting and building new business.
• Experience carrying a sales quota in a performance-driven environment.
• Territory management experience in Delaware/Eastern Maryland/South Jersey is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business throughout Delaware, Eastern Maryland, and South Jersey.
• Build relationships with property managers, building owners, and management companies.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle, averaging ~30 days.

My client is seeking an Account Executive to develop and grow business for a market-leading provider of critical emergency communication solutions serving commercial and multifamily properties.

This is a field-based, outside sales position focused on new business development. The ideal candidate is a true hunter who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and creating opportunities within a developing territory.

What You'll Receive

• Base + Uncapped Commissions + Bonus
• Year 1: $115K-$120K OTE, Year 2-3: $175k-180k for strong sellers

What You'll Do

• Develop new business throughout Delaware, Eastern Maryland, and South Jersey up toward Philadelphia
• Build relationships with property managers, building owners, and management companies
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations
• Manage a sales cycle averaging approximately 30 days
• Leverage an existing prospect database and national partner relationships while generating new opportunities

Ideal Background

• Telecom, property management, service-based sales, or similar backgrounds are a plus

Baltimore, MD or Wilmington, DE (but anywhere in the territory: Delaware, Eastern Maryland, and South Jersey up toward Philadelphia)
