Job summary

Kings III Emergency Communications in Sacramento is seeking an Account Executive to own and grow the Sacramento territory. You will educate prospects on turnkey emergency monitoring and code-compliant video solutions, and drive new business with proactive prospecting.

You’ll conduct in-person and phone outreach, attend events, and build a robust pipeline, aiming for 30+ opportunities monthly while maintaining a disciplined sales process.

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B sales experience.
Resilience to build a market.
Experience or familiarity with property management clients is a plus.
Proactive communication and ability to guide prospects through the sales funnel.

Responsibilities

Educate prospects on turnkey emergency monitoring and code-compliant video solutions.
Generate 30+ new opportunities per month through proactive prospecting.
Engage 20–25 prospects weekly via direct outreach, partnerships, and events.
Lead with field visits and phone outreach to self-generate leads and opportunities.
Invest 50%+ of time in in-person prospecting through events and tradeshows.
Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to close with discipline.
