Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree and/or success as a Service Representative.
• Familiar with codes, products attributes, and procedures within the safety field.
• General awareness of business, financials, sales, and safety principles.
• Ability to utilize technology to increase new business activity.
• Ability to prospect in-person and over the phone, build rapport, and close.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through cold calls and leads.
• Utilize CRM technology to document activity and track results.
• Maintain contact with prospects through in-person sales calls and phone blocks.
• Develop new appointments through prospecting and scheduled phone-block sessions to meet activity targets.
• Assist in Company marketing programs/initiatives as needed.
• Observe and replicate best practices from other Account Executives.
• Consistently install new business within the assigned territory.
