Job summary

Thompson Safety, LLC is seeking an Account Executive to develop new business and expand the assigned territory in Troy, MI. You will build your pipeline through cold calls, leads, and in-person visits to convert prospects into customers.

You will use CRM tools to document activity, track results, and collaborate with marketing. A four-year college degree or equivalent sales experience is preferred, with strong communication and closing abilities.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent sales experience.
• Familiar with safety codes, products attributes, and procedures.
• Strong ability to prospect in-person and over the phone.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through cold calls and leads.
• Utilize CRM to document activity and track results.
• Maintain contact with prospects via in-person and phone calls.
• Set appointments through territory prospecting and scheduled calls.
• Support marketing programs as needed.
• Benchmark and replicate best practices from top Account Executives.
• Consistently bring new business within territory.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
