Job summary

United Site Services is seeking an entry-to-early-career Associate Account Executive to drive new business and revenue growth within a defined territory. You will prospect customers, position the full portfolio of site services, and support quotes and proposals to meet jobsite needs.

Successful candidates will show a strong desire to build a long-term sales career, maintain outbound activity, and grow toward Account Executive ownership through performance and skill development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of sales experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business and build a sales pipeline within an assigned territory.
• Prepare quotes and proposals aligned to customer needs.
• Cross-sell to increase order value and revenue.
• Maintain CRM records and track opportunities and activity.
• Develop relationships with project stakeholders and decision makers.
• Meet or exceed activity and revenue targets.
