Job summary

United Site Services is seeking an Associate Account Executive to drive new business development within a defined territory. You will prospect customers, position the full portfolio of site services, and build relationships with key decision makers.

This role emphasizes outbound activity, learning toward full Account Executive ownership, and ongoing performance and skill development in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years in sales or business development.
• Sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily to generate new opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business within target segments.
• Support quotes, proposals, and service solutions for jobsite needs.
• Cross-sell bundled products to increase average order value.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline, and activity reporting.
• Build relationships with superintendents and project managers.
• Meet or exceed defined activity and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leaders to grow the territory.
• Stay informed on products, pricing, competitive positioning and industry trends.
