Job summary

United Site Services seeks an entry-to-early-career Associate Account Executive to drive new business in a defined territory. You will prospect on job sites, build relationships with superintendents and project managers, and position our portable sanitation, temporary fencing, roll-off, and related offerings to grow revenue.

You will develop sales skills with coaching, participate in onboarding, and advance toward Account Executive ownership through consistent performance and skill development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project).
• Strong interest in outside sales, prospecting, and territory development.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally to customer locations and jobsites.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems and standard business technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily prospecting activities to generate new opportunities.
• Identify and develop new business within construction, industrial, commercial, and event segments.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and service solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Cross-sell bundled products to increase revenue.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline, and activity reporting.
• Build relationships with project executives and purchasing teams.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to support territory growth.
