Job summary

United Site Services is seeking an Associate Account Executive to drive new business and revenue growth in an assigned territory. You will prospect, qualify opportunities, and help prepare quotes while cross-selling site-service bundles.

You will work with Account Executives and care for customer relationships, maintaining CRM records and supporting quarterly revenue targets while traveling locally as needed.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Proven prospecting and closing skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily prospecting activities (visits, calls, emails) to generate opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business within defined segments.
• Support quotes, proposals, and service solutions aligned to jobsite needs.
• Cross-sell ancillary products to increase revenue.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
• Build relationships with superintendents, project managers, and buyers.
• Collaborate with executives to support territory growth strategies.
• Stay current on products, pricing, and industry trends.
