Job summary

United Site Services is seeking an entry-to-early-career Associate Account Executive to drive new business in an assigned territory, selling portable sanitation, temporary fencing, roll-off and related services. You will develop a long-term sales career while maintaining high outbound activity and progressing toward full Account Executive ownership.

• Minimum High School or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong prospecting, qualification, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily via jobsite visits, calls, emails, and networking to generate new opportunities.
• Identify and develop new business within construction, industrial, commercial, and event segments.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and service solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Cross-sell bundled products to increase revenue and order value.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline, and activity reporting.
• Build relationships with superintendents, project managers, estimators, and buyers.
