Job summary

Miter, a fast-growing vertical software company, is hiring an Account Executive to own a defined geographic territory and drive new account acquisition from outreach to close. You will serve as a consultative partner to contractors, guiding them to a better way of running their business and managing payroll, HR, and field operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B software sales.
• Proven ability to build and own a territory.
• Founder mindset with ownership of territory.
• Resourcefulness when standard playbooks fail.
• Natural curiosity about customers' world.
• Willingness to be in the field and travel.
• Experience in construction/payroll industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify geographically aligned prospects.
• Conduct consultative discovery to map client needs.
• Demonstrate value of Miter’s all-in-one platform.
• Drive new logo opportunities and meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding.
• Maintain an organized forecast and pipeline.
