At Miter, Account Executives own a defined geographic territory, building it from the ground up in a full‑cycle, field‑based sales role. You’ll guide contractors to a better way of running their business, from initial outreach to close, while developing deep local market knowledge and acting as a trusted advisor in the construction community.

You will travel approx. 25% within your territory, meeting customers, attending events, and visiting sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota‑carrying, full-cycle B2B software sales experience.
• Demonstrated experience building and owning a territory.
• Founder mindset: ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial approach.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and qualify geographically aligned prospects, building pipeline from scratch.
• Conduct discovery to align contractor needs with Miter’s payroll, HR, and field operations solution.
• Demonstrate value of Miter’s all‑in‑one platform to drive close of new logo opportunities.
