Job summary

Miter in the United States is seeking an Account Executive to own a defined territory, building it from the ground up and driving new logo opportunities in a full-cycle, field-oriented sales role.

You will advise contractors on payroll, HR, and field operations, while traveling about 25% within your territory, and collaborating with Sales Development, Launch, and Customer Success for successful implementation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B software sales experience.
• Proven ability to build and own a territory from scratch.
• Founder mindset and field presence.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify geographically aligned prospects.
• Conduct deep discovery with contractors on payroll, HR, and field operations.
• Demonstrate value of Miter’s all-in-one platform to C-suite.
• Negotiate and close new logo opportunities and meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
