Job summary

Miter is seeking an Account Executive to own a defined geographic territory, drive new account acquisition, and become a trusted advisor to contractors. You will manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close, with a focus on payroll, HR, and field operations solutions.

Expect about 25% travel and a hybrid or field-based role depending on location. You will join a fast-growing team helping contractors build a better built world with innovative software and embedded payments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota‑carrying, full-cycle B2B software sales experience.
• Experience building and owning a territory from scratch.
• Founder mindset with ownership of your results.
