Job summary

MTE Corporation is seeking a Territory Account Specialist to serve as the central contact within an assigned region from our Menomonee Falls, WI headquarters. The role supports a Regional Sales Manager, independent manufacturer reps, and a wide distribution network to ensure world-class customer service.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of customer service experience in manufacturing, strong Excel and CRM skills (Salesforce preferred), and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5 years of customer service experience in manufacturing.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• Advanced Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables) required.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Effective written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
• Answer inbound calls with an elevated customer experience including product availability, order status, pricing, and shipping details.
• Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
• Provide proactive solution-based support and product recommendations.
• Prioritize rush orders and special requests.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers and cross-functional teams.
