MTE LLC is seeking a Territory Account Specialist to join our Menomonee Falls, WI headquarters. This role focuses on delivering world-class customer service, handling orders, inquiries, shipping, and invoicing while supporting a Regional Sales Manager and a broad distribution network.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of customer service experience in manufacturing, strong Excel and Salesforce skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and provide proactive support.
• Proficient in Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables) and CRM familiarity (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
• Answer inbound calls with an elevated customer experience including order status and shipping details.
• Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
• Provide proactive solution-based support and product recommendations.
• Prioritize rush orders and special requests.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers and teams.
