Job summary

Midwest Executive Search Group is seeking an Account Manager for the MN & N. WI territory. You will expand relationships with existing clients and close new business within a national sales organization focused on product innovation and service excellence.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication, and a customer-centric approach, with remote work and travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business field.
• Experience in B2B solution sales and account management.
• Proficient with CRM tools; strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel 40%+ within Minnesota and Northern Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries, issues, and escalations.
• Understand customers' needs and identify value-adding opportunities.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to closing within the territory.
• Research potential clients' challenges and goals.
• Develop tailored proposals to address client needs and position products/services.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets and sales activity quotas.
• Manage pipelines and forecasting in CRM.
