Job summary

Essity is seeking an Account Manager to enable distributor growth across Wisconsin, with focus on end-user development and partner collaboration. The role requires traveling frequently, with preference for Milwaukee or nearby areas.

The candidate will engage with regional distribution partners, execute on commercial plans, and drive profitable growth while aligning with supply chain, pricing, sales and marketing directives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Business, Sales or Marketing.
• 3–5 years of sales experience; 2–3 years of account management.
• Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), MS Teams and Office.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop relationships with distribution partners to drive profitable growth.
• Negotiate with distribution partners and create joint distribution business plans.
• Translate sales plans into customer-specific activities and adjust regularly.
• Build distribution partnerships to meet targets and KPIs.
• Provide hygienic solutions and accelerate end-customer wins.
• Develop and manage pipeline using CRM and related tools.
