Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a CSC Manager to ensure daily service center operations run safely and on schedule. You will lead personnel, manage forecasts and budgets, and oversee audits across drivers, shop, and EHS teams while liaising with other sites and corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Seven years of managerial experience in transportation required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities essential.
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA and environmental regulations expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure DOT regulatory and Safety Policy compliance.
• Lead, develop and motivate center personnel; monitor KPIs and budgets.
• Forecast, budgets, audits and daily operations oversight.
• Provide guidance to drivers, fleet managers, shop and service staff.
• Coordinate with other sites and corporate functions for improvements.
• Support business development and customer relations to grow profits.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
