Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Seven years of managerial experience in transportation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, federal and state standards, OSHA laws, and HazMat regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory compliance with DOT and Safety Policy.
• Manage KPIs and budgeting for the service center.
• Provide direction to drivers, fleet managers, shop supervisors, and customer service reps.
• Develop continuous improvement plans to improve profitability.
