Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee terminal operations, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate paperwork. You will supervise drivers, coordinate scheduling, and manage inventory in fuel bulk tanks and warehouses.

The role emphasizes DOT compliance, staff coaching, and maintaining high safety and service standards. Candidates should have management experience and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass background and criminal history checks.
• Must pass a physical, a human performance evaluation, and a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers (scheduling of driver daily workload) and manage daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Enter data using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Responsible for fuel inventory control and daily audits of driver logs and warehouse paperwork.
• Assist in loading/unloading, shipping/receiving, and repackaging of products as needed.
• Schedule fuel tank, Schaffer totes, oil and lubes deliveries or pickups.
• Maintain records for equipment maintenance and enforce DOT compliance.
• Recruit and hire new employees and manage drivers and administrative staff.
• Coach staff, address concerns, and promote employee engagement.
