Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Operations Manager to support the CSC Manager and guide operation associates, drivers and technicians. The role prioritizes safety, staffing, training, and efficient workflow management to ensure high utilization and on-time delivery.

You will promote safety, assist in hiring and training, provide direction, manage processes and paperwork, prioritize loads, coordinate with fleet managers, and maintain strong customer communication while adhering to DOT

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Knowledge of DOT regulations, federal and state standards is required.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and duties.
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Professional demeanor and good interpersonal skills are needed.

Responsibilities

Promote safety in all actions.
Assist in hiring and training of operations staff including Right Way Training and CSR processes.
Provide direction to all operation associates, drivers and technicians.
Manage processes and corresponding systems.
Review and adjust staffing to maximize utilization and on-time delivery.
Prioritize loads for timely delivery and coordinate with fleet managers.
Provide efficient, friendly customer contact and maintain paperwork and reports.
