Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead field operations across multiple U.S. states. You will coordinate daily workflow with Fleet Managers, assign tasks to Operators, Technicians, Mechanics, and MV Electricians, and ensure safe, efficient execution.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong safety discipline, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts with 95% travel. You will oversee safety analyses, equipment readiness, pad moves, and customer relations while upholding Paycom -

Qualifications

• U.S. High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years in a Lead/Supervisory Hydraulic Fracturing experience or 6 months EO Lead role.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending English.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Asset Manager and Move App.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field personnel, assign work, and ensure safe completion.
• Coordinate daily workflow with Fleet Managers and external partners.
• Prepare equipment and conduct safety inspections and JSA forms.
• Maintain close customer contact and high level of service.
• Plan crew movement and pad move planning; ensure HSE compliance.
